I spent close to $10,000 trying to meet up with every legal procedures getting our sweet sweet puppy boy Blake. It almost felt like a scam at some point I won’t lie and I almost gave up on the whole thing but something within me kept on saying “don’t give up on him”. It almost costed me my marriage cause my husband wasn’t happy with the whole thing anymore and kept on saying I was growing crazy. Then one day we got the email saying we should come pick him up. gosh I had never felt so relieved in my entire life before even got extra $1500 on top of what we were expecting back from their insurance department which we initially made payments to throughout the delivery process. Long story short, it’s amazing the things you guys do and I must appreciate and leave this review for any one going through the same thing. Just know that through every dark days, there’s a bright day after that. Thanks to your team, Scott, Melissa for you undying support towards seeing our dream come to reality.

After going through a personal nightmare I needed to relocate myself and my fur kids from the USA to the Uk. Such an emotional time in my life. Henry and his team were amazing and went above and beyond to make this journey as easy and comfortable as possible, nothing was too much trouble at all, day or night my questions were answered,the process is quite confusing and Henry walked me through it all with clear instructions, he co-ordinated with my vet and all personnel at the airports. My two dogs are English mastiffs so are rather large and they have anxiety. Henry made sure staff in the USA, Germany and the UK knew all about it and I knew where they were and how they were throughout the long journey. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I can’t thank them enough.

John then completed the entire process for us, keeping us informed via daily texts and emails, with thorough, confident, and caring detail. He even worked with our vet to help all parties stay coordinated. My wife and I felt very well taken care of, and our two fur babies arrived safe and sound to Madrid in the care of the vet who boarded them for one night for us then delivered them to our apartment. Alena did an exceptional job for me and my pet cat “13”. A challenging move by any measure we relocated from Orange County California to Riga Latvia in the middle of a pandemic! By my own assessment having my pet travel with me in the plane cabin was impossible due to lengthy routes and multiple airlines necessary during these challenging times in the summer of 2020. Just getting each airline’s approval was insurmountable. In this environment Animal Land Pet Movers not only achieved the difficult, Alena thrived. I was kept in totally clear and crisp communication the entire time. Preparation was thorough and every detail arranged well in advance. At time of movement the entire action was seamless as it was stress free. My pet was picked up, I traveled to Riga and spot on time my pet was delivered to the doorstep of my new home.
